Ok, it probably goes without saying, but I’ll say it anyway, because it’s the safe and recommended thing to do. This website is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical or nutritional advice. While I have read a lot about exercise and nutrition, I am not a certified professional in either area, just someone who tries to follow a vegan diet and really enjoys weightlifting and strength training.
